Been taking Nifi & Lidocaine Since Oct 8. How do you know if it is working or not? Ofcourse, I still have difficulties wondering if I got it in there correctly? SUGGESTIONS?

I would say it's still early days to notice a definite improvement... So try not to be too disappointed.
I'm sure it will still work weather you manage to get it up there or just around... The creams are all absorbed through the skin... So don't panic... And hang on in there!!!

Hi Canada, nifedipine didn't help me- I got relief very quickly when I switched; like, things improved in a couple of days. You have nitro, don't you? Switching to nitro helped me - seems like everyone reacts differently. Good luck!

$35 for Nifi, want to finish it b4 using nitro,worried about "side effects" with Nitro.

Hi CH..I used nitro/xylicaine compound, it didn't matter wither I applied it inside or not, as OMB said, it gets absorbed.

Give it time, Since I wasn't getting any headaches, I also thought it wasn't working, but it took some time.

I just started the nitro creme yesterday I've heard positive feed back from two different friends that used it and it worked I'm 4 weeks into multiple anal fissures it has been pure hell I'm hoping and praying I can tackle this I'm doing all I can but have missed 2 weeks of work .
