How much daily "Soluable Fiber"..

I find AF treatment and prevention to be a daily regimen. Considering the alternative, I certainly don't mind. So "each and every day", I use the Miralax, fiber, water, and prelube that I have found work well for me.

I asked this same question not too long ago, here's what I found so far....

"There is no specific recommendation for soluble fiber, but some studies have
found health benefits with as little as 3 grams a day."
