Bum Issues,
Hey good for you on getting the Botox. It is a very simple procedure. It will help alot but I agree with buttgirl stick to your routine. Stick to your diet and supplements. I still take warm baths every morning that seems to help me relax after a BM. I had my shot on Aug 6th and it has helped me alot. I have very little pain and some stinging but it is bearable. My CRS said it would take another 2/3 months to fully heal then I should be real careful even 6 months after that. Good for you and good luck. If you have any more questions let me know.
