... try to forget about our butts, so you just have to either learn to deal with it , have more drastic approach (surgery) or take some yoga classes, meditation etc. to calm your anxiety. ... one just has to feel comfortable with taking a risk, get confidence in a doc, and then go for it. I hope that you feel better. Maybe you could try meditation as a relaxation technique. Cheryl
