Good luck missy. You are well prepared for it to be worse before it gets better, so just keep that in mind for the first couple of weeks. I agree. There seems to be no real solution. Maybe it’s in a grey area that neither CRS’s or pain specialists study. Possibly it’s not considered a big enough problem to throw money at. I’m sure there are so many people who suffer in silence through embarrassment, and never visit a dr about it?

The holiday was great. My pain level was manageable... and to be honest the distraction was the best pain killer ever. I’m so glad I went ahead with it.

Things have been slightly better. I’m managing to do more. My mood is managing to lift, which actually makes a huge difference to my pain levels.
