I have had both of these unpleasant tests way back with my first fissure. Not nice at all.

Missy, I would say the sweet potato. It has caused me issues before and is very fibrous.... then again it could be down to hormones, how much water you drank.... it’s a nightmare trying to find a culprit.
I hope you haven’t done any more damage xx

Maybe you need to think about changing drs if you feel he would look down on you or try to change things. It sounds like you need a kinder more compassionate person....
