When your surgeon(? Hope this is a CRS) speaks of 'clean out,' I should think that he wants to remove any scar tissue you may have from your AF recurring. But, to be sure, I would ask.

Nearly a year! Takes patience and time.

Dilation is a good idea. What I did and Suzljank does. Search posts in the search engine between FAQ and Portal under the photo, left side. Search by topic there. Sorry bit rushed now.

Do not try to remove it yourself; think that would be a bad idea. It has been there for four weeks, so try to just wait until Monday. Sorry can't offer more help to you than that. Just do everything you can to relax until you can get in to see someone Monday. Soak in a Sitz bath as often as you can....
