My CRS says that I am not a candidate for LIS yet. They try everything else first. Sometimes Botox twice. today is a good day pain free since the AM..Thanks for the positive words. Thanks to everyone.

sorry I've been away. Last minute business trip, forgot the laptop.

I am still feeling good from the botox. This was the first trips that I dared not bring a sitzbath on. The fissure didn't trouble me at all during the voyage. I still have a bit of nagging burning in the miniroid area though.

So I am still having a good experience with the Botox.

At first you'll hardly notice that you gort it, but withing a few days, the muscle should become notibly more relaxed and the spasms should greatly reduce. Still work on keeping your BM extra soft though, because this is not insurance against a retear, just help with the relaxation and blood flow.
