Thanks. Ye I eat loadsa fruit, and also have pure fruit juice in the morning, but I have done that ever since I got this rotten thing and it seems to be ok.
I wont be tempted to have anything sugary now though, although it lurks in things you wouldn't think of like baked beans and tomato ketchup, and even bread!

Avoid the sugars but not the fruit!
