Sugers what it does to BMs

Postby bherna1 » 25 Dec 2007, 00:42

As a friendly reminder while you are eating alot of sugers these holidays it builds up in your stools and and makes them ruff coming out. You know the ground up feeling of glass when exiting a BM?
My 2 cents

Sweet foods rush through your digestive system too fast and the resultant inconsistent stools can really wreak havoc on the ole fissure.

Does fruit count as sugar seeing as its natural sugar?
Ye, Kim, can I have whatever it is you're taking at the moment, I need to look ten years younger too!

Only if the sugars are concentrated, would I think they'd count as "bad" sugars. Or if you just overdid it! I'd eat whole fruit, but drink smaller glasses of fruit juice, maybe...

I think he must have a young wife at home!!!! Image Image

Val, I eat a lot of fruit-mostly berries but don't drink juice. I think natural sugar that way is okay!
