Just to confirm...did you mean take the coconut oil softgels orally and apply coconut oil from a jar to the fissure....or open the softgels and apply that oil?

Use pure coconut oil on the fissure 3 times a day is my advice

I would say tha capsules are more expensive you can just buy a straight organic coconut oil in a jar and use it that way or if you use the capsules just make sure the only ingredients is coconut oil
