You did and I remember searching 'Google Maps' to find the distance but never actually got around to typing it in here :(
I live around 3hrs and 34mins away from Chesterfield - 210miles - Chesterfield is North of me.
I hope you get to make your trip too :)

Do you have anal manomerty and anal ultrasound tests done? They may have not cut enough on the lasts two LIS. I had partial LIS in september 2008 and it healed my very big fissure(it was 2 cm long and 1 cm wide and down to the inner muscle). In January this year I retore so I am looking for a COMPLETE LIS this time since I still am horrible tight. A CRS had trouble getting a finger in my a*hole.

I didnt no :( Though I am beginning to wish I had now. That thought has crossed my mind.
Really? Wow! I mean I'm sorry you had to go through that and still am.
Ouch Ouch - That sounds really bad. Hope you get it sorted soon.
