Hello

Hi Everyone,
I have had an AF on and off for a number of years. It has healed up for a long time in the past on its own, but then came back with a vengeance! Image I bought some Dulcobalance sachets recently to try (the pharmacist says they are also known as Movicol). The medicine worked really well for me and I stopped taking it once the fissure healed last time. I would like to know if it is OK to stay on such laxative/softener treatments long term?
Grateful for any advice,
JoJo

Laxatives is definitely not for long terms, before u know it, u will need to use it so that ur bowels will have an urge. If I m not wrong, softeners are generally reasonable to use for long term, but it's always best not to as it's not natural. It's best to use natural food as softeners and to encourage bowel movements.
