I find AD's very helpful and will be reluctant to give them up, they really do help, don't suffer in silence!

Nakhti we are here for you! Hope brighter days come ur way. I think those feeliings along with AF's almost go hand in hand. I know I've had some pretty dark days such as urself but just know we are here to listen and comfort one another..keep persevering..I know this forum has been a God send for me and I hope it proves the same for u

Nakhti always remember that you are not alone. For me myself whenever i feel sad about my butt problem i will open this forum and that will make me feel better. This forum will remind me that I'm not the only one who suffering with this problem. I promise to myself that if one day i totally heal i will still go to this forum to help other people because i know how hard it is to deal with AF.

I can understand - this pain is sometimes relentless and when you feel it will never go away you think unthinkable things.

YES! Anal Fissue pain has been the only pain (so far) that has made me think about suicide. If it wasnt for my wife and kid, who knows what would have happened. Many a night a stayed up from not being able to sleep lurking on this message board reading and at least knowing I wasnt going through it alone. I feel sorry for our NHS friends who have to suffer for months waiting for this procedure or to see a specialist, but that kind of healthcare is now on its way to the USA.
