On my better days before my LIS, I would not have a lot of spasming, but would get this dull on and off pain at the fissure site only in the late afternoon/early evening. I am now 3 days post LIS and the surgical site is becoming less painful, but I am now noticing that same late afternoon on/off ache. Anyone had anything similar?

I would get radiating pain down my leg in the afternoon/evening. Persisted only a few days after surgery, I believe.
