Have you tried increasing Miralax dosage? I had the same problem but it's now gone ever since I switched to 2 sachets (morning / evening) per day. It took a few days for my body to adjust but now I don't feel it at all, so don't worry about the tummy noises.

It should be safe to take it for a month or two at a go. I was taking one sachet before but my CRS asked me to double the dosage for pain relief. Alongside Olive oil and flax oil 2x a day should help you as well.

Thank you for also replying in this post also! My tummy doesn't make those noise now. I also have less incomplete bm so I think you are right about the body needs time to adjust.

Another tried and tested home remedy for constipation has also been to drink a glass of piping hot full cream milk with 1-2 full tsp of ghee before bed. It helps relieve constipation and acts as softener.

I'm writing my diet diary in a word doc now and it's getting pretty lengthy XD full cream milk.... I think I will get diarrhea from it....I'm lactose intolerance XD
