So i am now doing a daily diary AND starting yoga at home.
My page a day diary uses the following abbreviations where i also put the time and notes next to each.
BM - Bowel Movement
SAL - Saline solution (i use 3 irripods after my second bowel movement)
SITZ - (Sitz bath in coconut oil)
S - Supplements
D - Diet eg food
W - Walking
2 Litres - i put the time i have drunk 2 litres by
MVK - Movikol (Stool Softner)
AMT - Amitripteline (calms the nerves round skin tag)
I have been doing this for 3 weeks and its very interesting as it gives you insight into what causes problems.
Ive discovered eating after 1845 is not good.
