Sounds like somebody packaged some coconut oil nicely and is charging 300 bucks for that. When you're loosing hope every single ointment looks like the definite salvation. I myself spent thousands of dollars for all possible ointments and 6 operations and still Im not pain free. So my suggestion is to spend your hard earned dollars for the best gastro specialist you can possibly find and just go from there.
