But you're right. I would not use the lido again. It burned. The nitro was hit or miss. sometimes it worked, sometimes it burned. I had more luck with the nifedipine, the .02.

Still undecided , hmmmmmm, my Nifedipine was also 0.2 but I guess he can't go wrong since that is standard % used for fissures.
I think we should keep it as a secret for now - let him wonder ; ).

Which cream do you like better? I have been using nifedipine and a new CRS told me to switch to the nitro. Is there really a big difference besides the nitro causing headaches?

I have found that the Nitro seems to relax the muscle alot better and for longer - thus allowing more pain reduction and healing . It's typically a stronger mix in the cream - which may be part of the reason.
But lately I've been using the Nitro during the day and applying the Nefedipine for sleep at nite . ( you want to give the Nitro a break for 12 hours from your system anyway )
You'll get used to the headaches after a week or so...
And - when you say " I have a headache" it'll be clear that you really do have one ................

I used Nitro about 5 times a day LOL, and at the end used both alternatively during the day, not to mention that last batch of Nitro was DOUBLE the strength and somehow lived to see this day LOL !!!
So much about 12 hour brakes ; )) !!!

Jen, The headache I have gotten used to , the butt is very slowly getting better and doesn't hurt much just slightly uncomfortable . It just seems like forever that this thing has been trying to heal. I have always healed all other wounds very fast.

Fiss , You're just tough and awrnery - that's how you have tolerated the double shots of Nitro !
