Oh no missy I’m really sorry to hear that. I really know that square one feeling. I don’t understand why these things seem so hard to get over although I guess many do just get over and heal with no issue. Keep us posted on how things go in next few days and try to stay positive.

I'm glad to hear that you're pain free now. It's definitely frustrating.

Glad to hear it. I had solid BM, still on the small end of normal but it felt like there's something blocking the exit partially or maybe I don't relax enough. It was easy to pass but I didnt feel complete so I drank prune juice and ended up going again. Same easy but not complete. Drank more prune juice and went again and that was harder and felt scrapey but I finally felt done.

I'm so terrified I won't be able to poop normally. Yesterday, I swung the other way and had full on diarrhea which burned.

But honestly, I'm doing well, I'm just scared of things like stenosis. I need to learn to relax again..I think the fissure has healed so at least there's that. I'm not sure if the hems are back it if I got a skin tag or if it's just sensitive skin and still healing up.

Stenosis is where the butthole shrinks either from scar tissue or chronic diarrhea.

okaybum - I'm sure if you were getting stenosis one of the doctors would have mentioned it - if they haven't then I expect you are ok. The whole thing is scary - you can't even see what's going on yourself which makes it even worse. I'm still quite anxious about BMs so I totally understand how you feel.
