Day 66
The soreness from yesterday was gone when I woke up. Then out to have a painless bristol 5-6 BM. Some hours later I had some weird shooting pain, but it only lasted 5-10 minutes. Im a happy camper right now...

Day 67
Painless bristol 5-6. Some irritation later on. I wonder if its my sentiles pile, thats causing irritation... Its about 1.5cm long and about 1cm in width. How do you guys figure out if irritation is from fissure or skintag?

JHH,
When my sentinel pile acted up it filled with blood and was very painful to touch mine was quite large and when i had a bm it was very painful when it passed it as it was right over my butt hole. I had it removed was causing to many problems. Does yours feel sore to touch?

Hi E, and thanks for your reply.
Nope, its not sore, and not filled with blood. Neither does it hurt during BM. What troubles me, is that underwear up the ass feeling, even when they are not. Sometimes it almost feels like its on the edge of pain, but then it goes away. Cant quite figure it out...

Hi again,
google Pruritus Ani it is a condition you can get from anal fissures & the creams we use to heal them it can cause itching, irritation, sensitive skin etc its worth a read. I hope you get it sorted!!

Hallo JHH, hallo Edel, hallo everyone once again!
I have read all the thread now. You are right, I have to give botox some time since injection was not even dwo days ago.
Seems that there is a long road ahead of me.
But, today during BM (some very useful abbreviations you have!) there was no sudden stung, that unfortunately, everyone suffering from AF is familiar with. There was also no blood since two weeks at least. I am pretty sure its more the effect of diet, but still... Now I can feel unusual itching/burning.
60-90 days this is deadline I set to myself. In case of poor healing effects I will consider LIS.
Today I go visit friends at barbecue party. Taking some zucchini some chicken and a lot of mineral water.
I have a question. Do you JHH have a sedentary work?
Oh! Have you heard that too high level of Saccharomycetes is considered (at least on one polish forum Image) as one of reasons why AF heals so long?
Tomorrow I will take a sample of my stool and give it to laboratory. Result will be available in 7-10 days. Who knows.
Superior fight JHH.
Keep it up!
All of you.
