Oh, forgot to add. I stopped all ointments today. Woke up this morning and again found underwear glued to my ass. I think the diltiazem somehow dries out in the heat, and causes trouble. Besides, I dont think I need it anymore, so Im taking the chance.

I've ceased my Diltiazem after an itchy but rash development. I've not used it for about 5 days now. Sudocrem has currently taken its place. 2 months in I'm sure your Botox is working well enough for your muscles anyway, plus I think any tube of Diltiazem should only be used for 8 weeks. I've just requested another tube.
Great that they're still painless for you, just need to figure out how to sort that irritation out. Wonder what it could be?

Hey W :)
I guess we need to come off the ointments at some point, so why not now, when botox is active. Right?!
I think my fissure still needs a bit of healing. The irritation is mostly in the same timeframe where I used to have burning. Maybe it just needs time. Its not really a problem though, I just notice its there.

Oh boy, I think Im in trouble again.
Just felt another BM creep up on me, and had to run. Prelubed, and got on the throne. Then it came. Started as bristol 6, but then it all exploded, and out came almost a toiletfull of liquid bristol 7. Very foul smelling! I think I got some kind of stomach bug... This will sure be a test of my poor butt, and Im crossing my fingers it will hold up. Right now, Im not in pain, but it sure feels tight and irritated back there :(
