You're OK J. so long as you don't push, let it fall out naturally (so difficult I know, the urge to push is tempting when it's so soft).
Don't do anything drastic to your diet (like dry toast). Stick to it and you'll be fine. Lube lube lube.

That happened to me last week, normal BM then booooom, Diarrhea, not foul, because it was my IBS acting up, nonetheless, cleaning up took forever, and it started to sting a bit.
Welsh is right don't go in to a drastic turn with your diet, just stick with the same and this will pass, Yes lubing helped allot, other wise it would of irritated more, yes use the sudocream, it's so, well..soothing..

HI J,
Now drink plenty of fluids and take it easy,i think(fingers crossed) you will be okay.I know on odd occasions when i have had this, i haven't had any major problems from it, just some stinging afterwards, which is taken care of with a hot bath.Did you eat something different? or too much Lactulose? Keep fighting, you will be back on track soon.

Hi all, and thanks for your concern :)
Managed to make it through yesterday without any more BMs. I did however have major irritation for the rest of the day (and most of this day too).
Day 64
After my bad BM yesterday, I have stuck to my normal diet, cause I know its working. I had a bristol 6-7 BM this morning, and it was painfree. Very happy to see it was not as liquid as yesterday, so Im getting my BMs back on track.
Since my bad BM yesterday, I have lots and lots of irritation, mostly when walking or sitting, but I have not had any pain. Hopefully, its just my skintag thats swollen and irritated, but I will find out tomorrow at my appointment with the CRS. Wish me luck!

Thanks R. Just came back from the CRS, so read on Image
Day 65
Painless bristol 5 BM, and only slight irritation later on.
Then saw my CRS at 12.00. He wanted to do a digital examn, which I refused, so he only got to see it from the outside. He told me it was healing good, and expected it to be completly healed in a month or two, assuming I keep my BMs soft. Since Im painfree, he dont even want to see me again, so I was terminated. Now, back home, Im a little sore from the examination. He did stretch it some to get a good look, but I hope it will settle down soon.
I hope you guys and gals are doing good too!

Great news JHH
We kinda new you were doing great not just from the updates, but from all the other places here where you posted that we have never seen you post to before.
Now comes the real challenge right. Maintaining!!! Sustaining!!!
You have all the weapons, you know just about all the tricks and tips that will work for you, so now its onward and upward (with the occasional hiccup or two), and no looking back JHH.
