I too am suffering once again with a new Fissure Post 28 Days Chemoradiation for a HPV huge Anal Wart. Damn thing is keeping me awake at night. Am trying the old stand by for the pain. Compound cream....Nifidipine....Bactoban...Lidocaine and despite what both docs say to me have to still take at least a half Oxycodone pill for the pain following each BM.

I think the 45 days of Radiation 'opened up' this new 'hole or fissure'. Miserable...just started to 'heal' from all the 'burns' downstairs on butts and male genital area. Bastards even 'burned my Penis too...very Frustrated...Just want a 'Normal Life' again....not happening...very slow 56 year old healer. Thanks

Chemo for an anal wart?? Am I just confused here or does that sound extreme? I'm so sorry you're going through that. 45 days sounds like an eternity to deal with any sort of pain like that, surely your doctors should offer you some better insight...
