Cindy -
I am sorry about your pain! I have been thinking about you. I had a really big setback 3 weeks post op. Since then, things have been ok. I am not healed yet - I am hoping the setback was a total fluke and will never happen again. Can you look in a mirror and tell what is bothering you - the incision or fissure?
Please know that your not alone with all this - we are in the same boat! I will keep praying for you Cindy!

cinderella, why do you feel you are not healing?has anyone had a look to see if the infection has cleared up?when will you see your crs again?
dont lose hopes cinderella.its been 11 days since my op and i know how you feel.i was so depressed the last few days and thought i will never be fine.everyone on this forum helped me to get through those horrible days.im trying to be positive now.recovery is unpredictable at times.try to compare the pain before the op and now.another few days or weeks maybe the hardest but then you will be fine.as val says, think it is the healing pain.we are all here for support.take care

I am so sorry that I have not written anything for a while. I am scared to say but for one week I have felt completely normal, no pain, no soreness. I have even forgotten my butt for the rest of the day after BM. However I cannot enjoy because I am sure that there will be a setback. I t has always happened later or sooner...
Thank you so much for your support. You are so wonderful!

Image thats wonderful Cindy! You may have setbacks - you may not - just be glad for the good days and "go with the flow" if you get bad ones, but dont ever spoil the good days by worrying id you're gonna have any bad ones!! Image

Good to know you are healing.Try not to worry what may happen and enjoy your pain free time now.I know its very hard not to worry after such chronic pain.I can relate to you.Even i feel the same and worry too much.
