Fiss et. al.,
Yes, I have heard that Metamucil helps one to firm up if necessary or become the other way if necessary. I have heard of two people that it helped with diarhea which I find hard to understand. When I am looser, I am just so fearful of taking it and worry that it may make me loose, but I would prefer to be taking more Metamucil and less Miralax, and that is what I am going to work towards. Thank you for the feedback!!

we got back on saturday, Fissy!
Thanks Tabby, I've got a private appointment with my CRS on tuesday evening as the pain is unbearable and I started bleeding again, but I still haven't heard anything from the NHS hospital. I dont know if I already said, but when I phoned the receptionist she said I had to get re-referred by my own GP as surgeons werent allowed to refer their own private patients to themselves on the NHS, thats the reason I wasnt on their list!
