Still following, gotta say you are doing great. I have not been paying as much attention to diet as you and it doesn't seem to be a big deal for me. I do avoid red meat, the warnings seem to scare me on that, but coffee and bread-gotta have it. OH, avoiding corn and rice too. Miralax and mineral oil for me

Totally with you.. I'd not say to anyone eat whatever you want but provided I take a couple DS and the right miralax dose then I really can't do too much wrong.
Comfy comfy :). Not bothered with pix. Probably tomorrow morn before work. I did go twice yesterday which does suck but wasn't painful. Today was comfy, just a bit bulkier then I'd like. Didn't have a full 17g dose of miralax as I was out for dinner. I only had a lil container. That won't happen again :).

Hey Stratocaster, let us know how the piccie looks. Is it safe to take DS and Movicol together? Or would it be best to just take 2 movicol instead of 1?!
I had a bit of a hard BM this morning, so not sure if I need a little more stool softener?!

Movicol is another name for miralax isn't it? Propalyne 3350? If so then yeah totally do it. I take DS with every meal *mostly*. I'm generous with it. I'd rather take 3 and drink a gallon of water then have problems.
Pics look amazing. Rather then looking flat and the size of a nail head it more looks like a 2-3mm raised section if that makes sense. Like a lil scratch almost.
I made a decision to extend my current plan to 10 weeks. I'm going to use dilt 24 hours a day now but as few applications as possible. Going to for 2 weeks.
Week 5 begins now.

Went today, comfy.
Also decided I'mma only use soft kleenex on my booty. Less irritation.

Great, yes keep up water, although I went twice this morning so more burn and pain. And I didn't change anything, I think I maybe had too much fruit xx

Yeah could be not enough fluids. I do drink an entire river most days haha. Probably 4 litres maybe? Mostly cause I like my coffee and don't want to get dehydrated.
I'd not recommend it but coffee always helps me go. By the 2nd cup or so the diuretic effect has normally got that twitchy feeling going.
Went a bit earlier then normal today. Super comfy. Nothing to report (Y)
