Good day :D. Not a whole lot to report. Comfy bla bla. Thinking I'mma do 2 weeks for dilt now. It's going well and people with LIS normally heal from3-8weeks or so thus I'm considering this Sunday my 3rd week.

hahah, i love the random names :D.
Comfy Catherine has been visiting. I made the 'mistake' of eating a poop ton of food last night. I'm pretty sure this was my 'diet':
oats, 2 apples, banana, 12 inch subway chicken thing, side kick (entire thing), caesar salad (big stainless steel bowl size), 2 pieces of pie, another sidekick
I don't know wtf was up with my bloodsugar but it was like YOU MUST EAT MOAR. Having DS caps to take with it helped so much. Went first thing this morning no problems.
Only \"yangtze fluid\" off is I normally take pics before I use the ladies room. As obv the point of the day where it's going to look 'worse' is right after a BM. Either will wait til late this afternoon or tomorrow morn before work. Havn't even peeked down there in over a week now.

Took pics.... wow. Soooo hard to see. I took a bunch of pics and its barely visible. Using mirror and 2 different sources of light (LED and halogen) Its def there but tiny as shag.
Super enthused with that. Going to keep doing what I'm doing. Ice twice a day after BM, dilt at nights. Lots of softeners etc. Thus week 3 comes to an end and week 4 starts.
