It is compounded with petroleum jelly which seems to adhere better.

Thnak you :) I think I will ask my CRS to import some off them. Much better with gel.
This may sound crazy to some...But has anyone tried sex toys to enlarge their anus? Butt plugs etc
I am so tired of my super tight butt....

sort of.
i don't care for the anal toys but at one point i was desperate and tried it.
i felt afterwards that i had more microfissures - or what can be perceived as more irritations on the membrane as it stretched.
its one of the reasons why i never enjoyed anal sex......it feels horrible right after and the next day and the next week until finally the little microfissures go away.
****
my CRS advised not to go this route - ie, with the anal toys or even fingers. just let your fissure heal.
****
however, if you are familiar with poppers lars, then that may be an alternative to try if you haven't already. i guess since it is soooo quick upon inhilation, that i bet if you had the urge to go to BM, you could inhale the poppers and then have your BM.
or something like that......

well poppers is a liquid that is sold most likely where ever anal toys/butt plugs are sold.
they sometimes have a label called poppers or also known as VCR head cleaner (hmmmm....) it comes in a very small vial that you can fit in your pant pocket. you open it up and sniff (don't induce!) - just sniff. and in a matter of seconds, you begin to get a rush. by sniffing it continuously, it affects other sensory abilities.
anyway, they help reduce/diminish pain receptors and/or loosen the anus for butt play and/or intercourse.
usually the receptive partner inhales poppers during foreplay and gets really excited to be penetrated and usually the poppers will make it more so enjoyable.
i was weird....i liked to sniff it on the dance floor because it gave me an incredible rush in the brain!!!! and you just felt the dance beat so much more intensely.....

Hey Jen
I am sorry to report that I still have pain/discomfort 24/7 :( It seems that nothing works for me. Not even the healing of time. Having a BM doesn`t hurt much anymore just a burning sensation when doing it and a little while after. But I have a dull ache and tightness feeling(I think it feels like this) all the time....The 7 July I have an appointment with my CRS. I am not expecting much though..The last time I had an appointment with him he said that it isn`t sure I ever will be able to be pain/discomfort free again...That was a real bummer :( I hope that you are doing better than me.

Lars,
You are young and will heal. One of my CRS docs said AF are quite common in young males. Hopefully, your consultant can prescribe an ointment or suggest some other treatment. Don't give up the ship!!

That's too bad to hear, Lars. I can't believe your CRS would just tell you, you might have to live like this. That is simply not true. There are options out there. Unfortunately, it doesn't seem like things more very quickly out there. I am glad July 7th is coming up and don't leave until he gives you a plan to help you deal with this. Hang in there. I know it's tough!

Lars,
in my opinion, a CRS who says you will never be pain free again needs to be given the boot. Cant you see someone else?
