Lars -
Sorry you are feeling bad agin! Thats how these fissures are! Image
One day your fine, and the next day, you don't feel like getting out of bed. I have been suffering on and off for over a year. Everytime I heal, I think it is "for good", then the pain will come back in a few weeks. As of now, I have had no pain for 2 months since staring the nito cream, so I am doing alot better.
Good luck with everything & keep us updated!

Hello everyone :)
Yeah it`s so frustrating I have no words....
How do the doctors see if a abcess is benight the fissure? If the fissure is healed I should have no pain right?
My worst nightmare is to be told at everything is fine "down there" when I still is having pain...
I could still have spasm pain even if the fissure is healed?
This is very hard for me. I am afraid than I newer will be okay. How am I supposed to get a girlfriend or a family when my butt constant hurts and I am in great pain :(

Oh, Lars! You're gonna have lots of kids!! Lots of hot babes hounding you, too! Image
You are feeling the despair that AF can bring, now snap out of it, young man! :cb:
It will not be forever!
An abscess will be easy to spot, don't worry about that. It'll be nasty looking and full of puss and they won't miss it!
I really cannot answer your question about whether the spasms can continue after a healed AF, but I wouldn't think they would be severe if they did persist. :IMO:
Make it very clear next time at the CRS how this is affecting your life and how you know something is still wrong, make them work HARD to find your problem! I think LIS would be a huge help, as your spasms are SO bad! Image

Lars,
I hope you feel better soon. Just remember sometimes a girlfriend can cause extra probs as well as a family! But I have a different perspective and have been married more years than you are old--imagine. Try another Reiki treatment and see what that does for you. Possibly you can be prescribed an ointment if you have not already tried that.

Yeah, I would think an ointment and botox might help. I know being afraid that they won't find anything or any cause for the pain. That is a scary thought because then there is nothing that can readily explain it and not much to be done, but I think your problem will be straightforward with a solution.

just concentrate on getting better, of course you will get a girlfriend! Although this seems like it will never end, you will find a solution soon. Fissures are hell, but you will get through this.

Hope you feel better soon Image

Lars - I am sure that tomorrow your CRS will definitely find what is causing the pain- they might not always do the best job in the world (that is why we search until we find one that almost does) but we have to take into account that all their life they work with no other part of the body but "that one" and should pretty much know at least to recognize classical symptoms and the look of fissure or a spasm and of course infection, although I am sure from your description that your main cause of pain is spasm. Can one have it without a fissure - I would think not, but you have to know that fissures sometimes are very superficial and sometimes very short and hard to see easily. I had that happen just a week ago. I saw one CRS who told me that she can not see it although
she said that it could still be there and she did feel a small spasm which thankfully I do not feel because I had LIS. I visited other CRS for second opinion and she saw fissure clearly since she knew some trick of how to pull and than push the skin perpendicularly toward the fissure to open it . To make the story short - Lars - I am very optimistic that your CRS will find what is wrong.
Regarding the girlfriend - Lars - I know that with this amount of pain everything looks impossible now - but very soon you will see how everything changes in a second the pain is gone!!! Image AND IT WILL BE GONE _ one way or another - naturally healed or with Botox or LIS - even abscess - all will heal and you will be free and chase those girls to no end - ha ha- and yeah , I agree with Kim - I think they will actually chase you around Image !!! And when you third baby comes you might be tempted to pretend that you have some pain to get some rest LOL !!!
You see, I am not the best example of LIS success but still, my situation and pain now and before can not even be compared !!! So you will be able to live normal and happy life very soon, I know that days look like years now Image , but I am sure that in a month or 2 this all will be just like a bad dream!
Best of luck Lars ! All will be fine Image

Hello all
Thanks for great support :) I really appreciate it.
Today at the private doctor office did not go good. He didn`t even inspect me. He said that he didn`t wanna interfer with the other CRS. I was sent home with advice to drink fiber and use nitro cream.....I have to start to think new..I will go to another county and get another opinion. I will call my doctor early in the morning on monday..
