Thanks Cheryl Kim, Fissy & Pinky
Softer today, have had stomach ache this week...don't know if it is my celiac thing that is acting up. Have been stressed and it affects what and how I eat...that's life I guess.

Hey Corsi,
Sorry to hear of your tummy ache. Stress does that to me too. I try now to take some time each day to myself and just go outside and take a walk to clear my mind. How are you today?

I had a really slow moving BM yesterday and I ripped again. Discomfort yesterday and I could feel it again today Image
I curse the day I started taking Movicol. it has left things much more slow moving. Stress lately had made my digestion go Image too.
I truly hate all this and I don't think things will ever be OK. Going on holiday with an open fissure wasn't really what I expected this year too...

Oh man Corsi I am sorry to hear that. Although, I am feeling your pain. I had just the same thing happen last night. Is this the first time for you? I have not had a slow moving, hard BM in months and am just disgusted. How long do you think we have before it gets back to being better?

Oo Corsi !
I see how you are now ..
What the hell ! Any reason to why you think you had a tear , did you bleed ??
All is not lost sweetie just have to pull back for a few days and get back on track !
Its sounds to me that you need a kick start to help with the slow moving feeling , you could try au natural , prunes , prune juice , figs, aloe vera, oils , what about the fibre supplements like benifibre or fibresure , the latter being totally gulten free ??
Stress is the worst and you must take time for you – OK !
Hugs to you Image
Hugs to you too, Macy Image

Things will be better Corsi. You have to believe that.
Have you stopped with the Movicol? When does your holiday start?
Well, CR@P!!!! That just sucks!
Hugs to all you gals.... Image
Maybe this will make you smile, Corsi... :)
