Hello.

Postby Syncing Ship » 06 May 2013, 09:53

New here.. Lets begin this embarrassing story. It started itching awhile ago.. Didnt think anything of it. It didnt hurt or anything. I think a few days ago it started to burn when i walked so i figured i would do some google research and let me tell you.. I am scared shitless (no pun intended). I have seen a few different pages with info and i figured this would be the best place to start. It was bleeding saturday night and so i cleaned it. I didnt have to poop until early monday morning in which i hard kinda force it out even though it was soft (i know its bad to do that but i was at work). I am wondering if that is normal. I would like some advice. I also only have a stand up shower so i cant take those baths i have reading about. I dont have health insurance because of a long story and hope to have it back soonish. I kinda want to try to keep this to myself without involving my family as this is embarrassing. Any tips besides the sticky thread?

dear sad to hear that. u need to take sitz bath. n b very careful with it. first if all u shud get it diagnosed properly so that u can go to the right direction in taking care of it. go to emergency n get it checked. I know it's embarrassing but tackle it early u will b better soon. don't strain. use high fibre diet no fast food n junk food no alcohol use hand held shower or baby wipes instead tp. n wipe very gently. no spices. drink a lot of water n avoid hard n constipated stool.
do sit in hot water after every bm that's just like life line to anal sufferers.

You can purchase a sitz bath that fits over your toilet seat- they're inexpensive and convenient to use. Handheld shower heads are also a godsend and well worth the investment.

I looked them up. They are like 20 dollars at walgreens. Is one enough? Will this eventually go away?
