Can you tell us, how long time it took before you were painfree and had no more symptoms?

Pretty much immediately after the surgery I was free of that horrible pain (you know the pain I'm talking about). I still had to heal from surgery and was a bit sore, but that horrible, unbearable pain was gone. Healing from the surgery took about a week or less. BM scared me because I didn't want to tear, so for about a month or two after surgery I took MiraLax daily. I now take psylluim fiber daily because I never want to go back to where I was. Wow this is just what I needed to read in a mum of two young boys nervous an having the same procedure in a few days, you rock im trying to think positively and hoping I have a story to tell just like yours : )
