Ooh you've made me a bit nervous now! Thank s though for the advice. Shame you are in the stages and so cannot recommend anyone to me. Did you get the dilator from a special place off just Amazon type online shop?

I bought Dilatan dilators. They're made in Italy and should be available to buy in the UK as well. I started from the smallest one and worked up to the largest 30 mm one. I would recommend using them under medical supervision so that you don't hurt yourself.
8/16-12/16: Fissure due to antibiotics
5/17: Botox to sphincter, fissure healed
9/19: Trigger point injections and pudendal nerve block
11/19: Botox to pelvic floor
8/20: Botox to pelvic floor in new location.
On and off in pelvic physical therapy

I'm in NZ and here yes it's through the public health system otherwise private the Botox I think was about $500-$1000 without local anaesthetic so no thank you, my Botox gets done in the hospital and I get put to sleep
