Darren,
It is over the counter I believe-at least I thought it was. It should be a lot easier on your tummy than the lactulose. The senna can be a bit strong because it actually causes you to have a bm-it works on the nerves in the gi. The movicol will jsut soften things up by bringing more water in to the gut. I would start with that.

Plus fiber and flax seed oil. Really, it works!

Darren
Sennokot should be helping in shifting the do esp alongside lactoluse Image
I would reduce the ispaghula / psyllium it may be bunging you up – just a thought !
I wouldn’t say movicol is a strong laxative all I take is one sachet maybe with two that would give you the kick you need Image
I did a quick search online and it seems there are some places you can buy it but not the likes of Tesco’s and such
I wonder if you should give the MOM a try – you have some of that right ??

:D sooo glad you're doing sooo well Tabster! You wont want to get back to normal, living the life of Riley at the moment!! Good for you!! Its great you're being pampered. Image
Dazzy have you tried magnesium supplements? I got some new ones from Superdrug and they're brilliant, much better than any of the others I've tried!

:D my hubby really tries with the washing but he keeps putting Kris's Nike tops (25 quid a time!!) in the dryer on hot! Then they end up Taylor-sized!
Yeah, those mag pills are great - they're a softish capsule rather than a tablet and work wonders!!
