I am scared I tore myself again and will be so diligent this time with my diet. I cannot believe this stupid fissure.
My son is great. We went on a dolphin cruise this weekend and he just loved it. It was very relaxing for me too.

Are you able to live a normal life? Are you working?
Do you know why you tore?

Yes I ate some chips and other things while away from home and didn't drink water or take my magnesium. I meant too but forgot and fell asleep. Anyway it's also my period time and I get constipated. So all of this worked against me and I had a very hard, slow moving BM last night and thus feel back to being in pain a lot again.

Hey Corsi--are you in pain all the time after a BM like that?

Period time is the worst time for our fissures and i dread it too.
