No blood. Was feeling pain on new place on the wound. Spasms still kick in after 1h.

Day number 41 on nitro
Well, was visiting my mom in another city, yesterday drove, today back. Was tired and felt BM was coming in evening but decided to postpone to have it in my bathroom today. That was small mistake as BM bulked up more and caused more pain during BM. Pain was mostly on new place on new wound. Wife told she sees that new cut, it is red. Took 1/3 of painkiller as suspect spasms today.

I know how you feel  Igrik, today , it's weird, felt very gassy, larger BM, did the squeezing of the cheeks, to let go of stool and prevent glass feeling.
none the less, I still noticed blood on the left side of my Stool, my fissure is to the right, 5:00 position.
My hemmie is to the left, it's probably that, any how I'm not gonna let it let me down, I will find out at my next Doc, appointment, in a couple of month's, not urgent, no fever, it's clear red and no mucus and pain, is a 2 to 3 if walking or standing for long.

Day number 45 on nitro
Well, visiting loo each second day is not good idea. Today went on the second day and had constipation!  Was straining to get it out as I am still tight. Was not much in pain due to fissure, but got external hemmie swollen! :(((( Feeling really upset regarding this. Should avoid straining and visit loo each day from now! Though, it was so cool to be back on live for 2 days, without pain.

Arg! Sorry to hear you have agrivated your hem now too. It's really important not to strain.... But I know this is an impossible task sometimes.

Yes OMB, it is important not to strain, so I will continue enema every day to get BM done.
Though it is so cool to live without BM :)
Yes, not long until appointment, tomorrow I am leaving to business trip, and will be out of my home for 6 days till 05.08. I am happy hotel is cool, and there will be bath, which I don't have in my home. Also I know good place where to eat lunch, and breakfasts in hotel are cool, you can select fruits yogurts and etc :)
Then on day 06.08 I will be home, and 07.08 I am flying to London in morning.

I hear that he is the best..you are doing everything just wright..

Well, this morning wife checked and I got 5 superficial cuts on my wound due to yesterday's straining. Luckily they do not bleed. But today is not so fun anymore as last week was. I have to heal them and do not allow any more constipation.

Superficial cuts on wound gives pain during BM now. Before BM was relatively pain free.

I'm so sorry..Don't give up it's only a little hurdle, like you said superficial, believe it will pass.
Soon you will be in London, and it will be all over, Can't wait for all the great report's. Don't forget to pack all your fissure fighting product's, jeeze I take everything with me, I'm a walking drug/health/ food store..lol.
