It occurred that during BM I got blood and small new cut on unhealed place.
Was bleeding for some 6 hours.

Day number 30 on nitro
Went on first day, did enema, got some minor plug and then bristol six. Was quite cool BM, I was even able slowly get in the car and head to summer house.

Went on first day, did enema, was expecting bristol six an massive stool, but got tiny feces, cannot tell probably they are bristol 5. Probably was dried out on sun in summer house.
So now I am worried what expects me tomorrow. As stool will be more massive, but I have to go to business trip 4 hours in bus.

Had good sleep. But missed my bus to business trip, so got sort of stressed in the morning, and also tried to get BM. Jumped in private car and spend 3 hours sitting driving.

Again in business trip. Due to tourist season and fullness of hotels got some crappy hotel this time without bathroom. Had tiny BM bristol 5.

Day number 33 on nitro
Again in business trip. Had bristol 5-6. Felt a bit pain on fissure during bristol 5. Rest of BM flew out. Well external hemorrhoid still gets swollen after BM. but does not cause any problems. I still have to lay down after BM, so survive spasms.  Already 5 months I cannot just visit toilet, there is mandatory procedures :)Fissure place is itchy after BM.
Also I feel some pain right after BM, when I close my anus after BM. probably dirty stuff contacting fissure then.
As my external is returned, today I was thinking how to prevent it getting worse. As apparently I don't want any excisions anymore....

Day number 35 on nitro
Well today I noticed a sharp pain on one place in the wound. Also noticed blood on toilet paper. Seems I have some new tear on the wound. :(
Soon I will reach 6 months mark. Half a year of misery caused by doctor, whom don't give a poop what he did.
