Day number 50 on nitro
Business trip somehow spoiled my stool completely. Though I was eating chicken in noon and 3 sausage in morning with many vegetables and fruits. Was drinking plenty of water and tea. Had one ice cream. Though, I stopped magnesium as it is over from my farmacy. I had to buy the one in advance. I am not sure not taking this can impact my stool so much? I don't know, but I know now it is better to do what I did and what well worked.
