Fingers and toes and legs and arms crossed for you, OMB.
Nobody should have to live with your pain. I am so sorry.
Nifedipine/lidocaine, no help
Diltiazem, effective, but caused major rash
Nitroglycerine, effective.
Topical estrogen for final healing.
Gentle heat to bottom - pain relief, muscle relaxant
Kondremul mineral oil
Time - lots of time.
Status - Healed!

Thankyou everyone for your well wishes!! :smilyhug: :thanx:

My appointment in London with dr Baranowski went ok. He has put me on his multi disciplinary treatment plan which starts with getting my pain medication right, which means switching from the gabapentin to duloxetine which he says is the best one around for nerve pain and the associated anxiety/ depression...., physio and seeing a pain psychiatrist . He will see me again in 6 months to see progress etc.
He didn't mention pudendial nerve damage.... Just said it was nerve damage. He did say if the conservative treatments didn't work the next step would be nerve block injections.
It feels like I'm in it for the long haul....... But that's ok..... I know time is the best healer! ( well, that's what I keep telling myself lol )

Hey Richie...... Nice to see you!! How are you?? Xx
