I agree, Botox, unless done whilst a fissure is newly torn, tends to be a temporary cure. It didn’t work for me, and actually made things worse!
Unfortunately it’s just time.

I developed a tear underneath my flap, I’m not sure how, or why, but my flap was mostly internal... not your text book flap.
I ate a bigger than normal portion of 3 bean stew and quorn..... and not enough water. The result was a very difficult bm.
I had been so well for so long, I guess I just lapsed.
