After a few weeks on nitroglycerin, the burning pain induced after a BM because of a fissure at the 6 o'clock region is gone; but there is this feeling that comes after a bowel movement in that region where the fissure is that's difficult to explain. It's like a dry feeling that comes after a BM, like something is stuck in my posterior region, but there's really nothing there besides the fissure.
It's definitely not as debilitating as the pain I used to have when I first had this fissure seven months ago, but it's a very annoying feeling. I am going to continue the nitroglycerin for as long as everything clears up, but I was wondering if anyone could explain to me what exactly is this that I am feeling?
