Portable Bidet - pls suggest your fave

Hello all my fellow Fissure Friends....I am looking for a portable bidet...will be travelling a bit over the summer and would love to have something small and functional to help clean up and avoid wiping etc.

Please recommend your favorite portable bidet...much thanks.

I use this when I'm at work https://www.amazon.com/DYND70125H-Perin ... B00KHKHXBC. It doesn't have a strong spray but it works for me. I also wet tissue paper with it and use that if there's more mess left behind.
8/16-12/16: Fissure due to antibiotics
5/17: Botox to sphincter, fissure healed
9/19: Trigger point injections and pudendal nerve block
11/19: Botox to pelvic floor
8/20: Botox to pelvic floor in new location.
On and off in pelvic physical therapy
