I am so sorry that you have retorn. You think that something like this could be better managed by the surgeons! I'm doing better since my last post but every so often the aching and burning start and I get terrified! I am a female so around my menses the pressure and pain gets worse. I will pray that your pain lessens. Try to hang in there!

Hi Lincoln! So glad you're feeling better! I've been dealing with this now for 3 years. I still have the constant burning pain when sitting. It just feels so irritated all around my anus but especially around the incision site. Mine is worse around my menses, too! As if having to deal with that every month isn't enough! :) Praying for you, too!

Sorry to hear you're still no better.
My pain also ramps up around the time of my period. Not good being a woman sometimes!!!

I have come off the gabapentin now..... And feel no different for it! My dr wants me to try lycira ( pregabalin) but I feel really hesitant to do it. The side effects are awful when you start taking these sorts of tablets ( well, they are for me anyway) I get like a zoned out old biddy!!!
