I'm right there with you. seemed like it was helping at first then not so sure. This oil seems to really help with the pain.

Hi, I wanted to see how you are doing and if you've tried the Forces of nature. It seriously brought me relief where the diltiazam was not. Thanks.

had a follow up appointment with my doc today, he said the fissure is still there...he wants me to do 6 more weeks with Diltiazem otherwise he recommends surgery, which, despite the very high success rate, is something I'd rather avoid.
just purchased the Forces of Nature stuff on Amazon.
Tell me how you used it and how often.

I put 5-10 drops on a qtip. Then dab qtip on anus. The pain relief is amazing to me.

I'm not 100%. But I am 1000% better than what I was. I see the end in sight where I felt like the world had ended previously.

Wanted to give you an update. Been using the forces of nature in tandem with the Diltiazem for about a week now. Unfortunately not having much improvement. I can't tell you how disappointed I am. I've been applying the FON with a cotton ball (which is what they recommend on their youtube page), but maybe that wasn't effective enough, so now I have switched to using a Q-Tip to get up there further. This doesn't seem ideal either though because some of the forces of nature stuff tends to drip off the end of the Q-Tip. Only thing I haven't tried is putting some on a glove and jamming a finger up there.
Sigh. I had such high hopes for this stuff. I'm not saying it's not effective, but I'm starting to feel so out of options. (aside from surgery, which I'd rather avoid if possible.)
