Hi MPB !

Just popping in to catch up on your progress....really pleased to hear you've had a better couple of days, even managing a drive in the car and a trip round the supermarket! Definitely sounds like you've turned a corner...

Stay positive, keep up the good work and hopefully soon you won't need to worry about those baths anymore!

Keeping my fingers crossed for you!

Hi mr F hope your doing Okk,
Well I managed another decent sleep although period pains did mean I had to take painkillers...now sorry for the men reading this but you would think our bodies might occasionally play along and possibly think
"oooh look she's just had an op I might delay that time of the month"
But no they don't :sadd: so lots more baths and showers for me this week....it's a good job we are not on a water meter or I might need to take out a loan lol
Staying in today just my daily walk to the shop in the absolutely chucking it down rain
Going to be really brave and have a naan bread for lunch and sausage roll and chips for tea...lets see what happens, I have my loperamide at the ready and will have a bath waiting.
Please send my colon some calming vibes

You going to add chips today? Brave. Sausage roll? that would definately block me up for a few days. Had some roast pork the day before last and I still havent had a BM so Im starting to realize exactly how sensitive my system really is. Before I wouldn't have even noticed. Im thinking of sticking to a bone broth diet post op with dulcosoft but then again, still dont know exactly how much theyre going to operate.

Considering its raining outside, Good opportunity to wrap yourself up nice and warm in front of a fireplace and catch up on some reading or a good movie(If you have android install Showbox, you'll love the app). That could help take your mind off the pain.

Keep us posted.

Hi IT,
The aim is to bung me up lol....well kind of make me go just the once instead of 4 times in 2 hours...for me the food that most people with fissures stay away from is actually my friend. Chips are fine sausage roll is questionable as it may make me go hence why I'm taking loperamide. Yes I'm def staying in once I have bee to the shops it's awful out there... my daughter has never seen game of thrones so we are thinking of watching series one today.
Trust me if the food plan backfires I will be typing my little heart out lol

She's 16 and always said she would hate GoT but her boyfriend likes it so shockingly enough she now wants to watch it lol.
My son is 18 but he has aspergers so he needs lots of help.
Do you have children IT

The first 2 episodes take some getting used to as the plot is still unfolding but once you get into the GoT world and understand it, it gets addictive. Waiting for the next season.
Whats it like having a son with aspergers? Ive just done some research and it seems like you really need to sense more than learn how to deal with it.

Oh, I have a 4 year old son who thinks hes 12. lol

I love GoT like I have serious withdrawals when it's not on I have the box sets but like any teenage girls my daughter wasn't interested but as soon as her boyfriend likes it....well she just has to watch it lol.
It can be hard as he needs routine which when I'm in serious pain is sometimes impossible but he is very intelligent and you have to do things the way that is easiest for him, his main issue really is social situations and interaction.
Awwww they are so cute at that age though I worked in a nursery many moons ago

You should start watching Westworld. Not the same setting but on par with GoT quality.
I can imagine how tricky it must be...
Strong woman. Impressed.
