It relaxes the muscle an vains so I would expect swelling but I haven't had it yet

Bum_uk how are you? I am 100% getting the fissurectomy an Botox in 3 weeks I managed to delay my last booking to swap for the best surgeon I can get for free on the heath system so I'm not backing out he's a very experienced an busy bum surgeon I feel confident he's a good oldie be doing it for ever I am still scared though an it doesn't help that lately there is only razer blade pain an blood during a bm an after I've cleaned off its completely fine what does that mean ? Why does this happen? It's trying to trick me that it's nearly healed but it's been 4 years so I dealt it

I had the incision into a thombrossed hemmroid done 1.5 weeks ago.. and I still feel the same, still sore, and the lump is still there. Does anyone know how long it takes for the bump to go away? Or to feel better? I have had this for 6 weeks now!!! Totally worse after Botox
