Can you just like boil a whole chicken meat an all? And add chicken feet an simmer all that for 24 hours I think with chicken it takes less time then beef?

Best day yet no pain while putting on barrier cream then only a little pain during bm some blood which was more painful to see then the bm itself an no after burn. I think the swelling has gone down a bit too.

You can, but boiling will destroy some of the minerals. Only 12 hrs won't extract as many elements as 24 hr simmer. If 24 hrs i am not sure if you want to use the meat if it will get too mushi. Also the meat will take up so much space in the pot that you will end up with a few cups liquid only depending on the size of your pot of course. With just 4 beef bones and a pound of chicken feet, in tje big crock pot i end up with over a galon of stock and i pour it in containers and freeze it, so i have for two three weeks.

Hopefull123 I ment to put simmer I went back an edited it. Went out today and brought 6 chicken frames with only a little meat left on them I couldn't find chicken feet anywhere haha I'll ring a local home kill place they are my last hope. I read online 12hours for chicken bones because they are much much smaller an lamb pork an beef bones need 24hrs because they are so thick an take longer to break down the first one I made was super delicious it tasted like the juice of a packet of chicken noodles but even better an no bits like a chicken cup of tea.

Yea much faster an delicious I love lamb so will have to try lamb bone broth sometime my local butcher said he can get me beef bones if I want but they would freak me out haha for now I'll stick to the smaller bones

Thanks mypoorbutt I know the Botox isn't fully working because after that bm I tried to put some Zink cream on an found it super tight an hard to even get a q tip/ cotton bud in there to get the cream on the fissure even tonight putting on my other cream on it was super tight again but other times i find the odd but of wind escaping even when I've wanted it not to only super silent ones though so that's lucky but confusing is the Botox working or not? I feel like at times it is an at times it isnt?

Mine was like that for the first ten days or so. Sometimes it wouldn’t feel too tight other times really bad. It was after the 2/3 week mark that it just seemed to loosen a lot overnight, or it was working up to that looseness and I didn’t notice. I would say by the end of week three it was consistently easy for me to apply my cream so much so that I couldn’t actually feel the IS constricting my finger at all.
