Ok an does it help with muscle an anxiety like other magnesiums? I tried eatting 5 prunes after breakfast an 5 before bed an it did nothing but made me go twice an felt like i needed to go all day it sort of upset my digestion an bowel my stomach was crampy an rumbling all day I've also been putting a table spoon of flax seed oil in my morning oats it helped a bit but I still get the odd day with a dry hard tip
