Thank you for the well wishes Da_Butt. You are very kind and thoughtful.
And antibiotics? I was on a 6 week course of Flagyl 500mg x 2 and Cipro 500mg x 2 a day through last April and May. Never been on these before. Of course I did have an active infected abscess at that time. Worst experience taking those antibiotics. Felt tired. Lost appetite and weight. Got depressed. Weak. Dizzy. Upset my digestive system. Gave me diahrrea and constipation at the same time. Made my feet tingle and my calves tight and sore. Sensitive to light. Ringing and buzzing in my ears.
I wish I had never taken them.

I remember still having some leakage at that point, but don’t have it now if that makes you feel any better. I’m 4 weeks out of surgery.

I’m at a 1/2 during BM and 2 afterwards from my incision site. Things seem to be healing up nicely

My CRS said I need to expect leakage for about 6 weeks. So I guess that's that. As far is pain is concerned I have noticed that if my BM consistency is 60:40 or 70:30 for matter:water ratio then it's a 4 during BM. And probably 2 after BM .... My CRS says he used some advanced BioLite laser which does not need any incision inside the rectum. Wondering how it works but I started week 3 today and it seems the recovery is real slow !

Glad to hear your recovery is coming along Preggo. I too had slight leakage up to about 6vweeks and things have slowly gotten better. And I too at 10 weeks still have a slight burning / stinging discomfort at the incision site. I'm hoping this will go away with time.
Missy, this "biolite" Jai mentions may be some new technology being used by CRS's in India.

If you google it it seems to be unrelated to rectal surgery odd I'm not sure either way happy to hear everyone is doing ok : )
